Q. Do you buy diamonds?
A. Yes we buy .25 ct size diamonds and above. Each diamond will be appraised separately and you will be given the option whether to accept our offer or not. The appraisal process is FREE with no obligations to you.
Q. Is On-Site Service legal?
A. Yes, as long as the company is a licensed precious metals buyer and you are inviting us into your home to purchase your goods.
Q. How much will you pay for my items?

A. Payment depends upon the contents. We have to calculate the karatage (purity) of each precious metal, weight, current market spot price and value of each gemstone if any. We have direct access to our own refinery and have access to a wide ranging network of diamond brokers which gives us the ability to pay you top dollar for your items.
Q. What if I am not satisfied with your offer?
A. There is no obligation to you. If you are not happy with the payment offer for any reason your items will be returned to you.
Q. How do I know if my jewelry is real or not?
A. Our jewelry appraisal professional will evaluate all of your items for precious metal content. Most real jewelry have markings or stamps on them. For example: 10k or 417, 14k or 585, 18k or 750, 21k or 875, 22k or 917, 24k or .999 or .9999, STER or .999, PT or PLAT. KP stands for Karat Plum which means perfect. So 14KP means 14 karat plum not karat plated.
Costume jewelry and other items that are not pure gold, silver or platinum will be returned or disposed of at your request. Please do not send items that you know are not real.
Q: What is the minimum or maximum of precious metals and/or gemstones that you will accept?
A: We have the resources to handle any size transaction. We have paid out tens of millions over the years and are willing to handle your transaction whether it is a few grams or a large estate sale. Our company also understands that privacy is a major concern for some clients and we assure you that all transactions are held with extreme care and respect.
